We aim to please and to do this we try to have every order on its way within 48 hours, obviously, some periods of the year are different to others and at Christmas it may take a little longer, but don't despair, it won't be much longer, you will receive a phone call or email within that time to inform you and give a reason why if the delay is longer.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock and holding up an order, to get around this we either put the item on a back order and despatch it as soon as it arrives into us or phone to ask if you would like an alternative product.
If the item has to be specially ordered you should receive an email informing you of this.
Of course, we pride itself on friendly and occasionally over talkative staff :) We love a chat as much as the next person, so if you have a query or problem give a call on 01268 541116 and will do our utmost to help you or sort it out. During the Christmas period we do ask that all orders are placed online and where possible emails are used over the phone to allow us to process as many orders as possible.
Payments over the internet can be made using most brands of major credit or debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and pretty much every other card, plus we don't charge for any item until they are despatched from our door to you.

If you wish to return an item for any reason please give us a call on 01268 541116 to obtain a returns number and inform us of the reason. Please enclose a small note giving us details of the reason with your name and address.
Any items needing to be returned for any reason must be done within 7 days of receipt in an unused and fully unopened/packaged condition. Items opened/used etc cannot be returned. As stated above, a returns authorisation will be needed, this can be obtained by calling us on 01268 541116.
Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure goods are in good condition as damage or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that delivery charges are non refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned. Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements any delivery charge is non refundable in the event of a return for any reason.
Orders can only be cancelled providing despatch has not occurred. If you wish to cancel after despatch you will have to return the item and will be refunded as long as the item is returned within 7 days unopened, delivery charges are non refundable.
All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee and the postage and package charge is non refundable. Refunds will be completed minus this 10% and postage and packing.

Returns sent back under complaint will be inspected first and dealt with accordingly.
Please note we cannot be liable for any postage fees if an order is returned as the warranty/guarantee only covers manufacturing faults, not postage costs.
